Calvin Hoban, son of Representative Hoban, of Shelby county, who run amuck in St. Paul in last February, and against whom the Grand Jury, of Decatur county, found a bill of assault with intent to kill, at the March term, was tried by jury at Greensburg, Thursday, and was found guilty of assault only, and fined $22.
